In 1988, Frank Letterie was commissioned by Amrobank Nederland to produce the bronze statue “Family”. This statue, showing two parents and their child, is owned by the Stichting Wereldkinderen, The Hague. Amrobank Nederland conducted a campaign in 1988 to acquire new savers. The welcome gift was a polystone statuette by Frank Letterie. Under the name “Geborgen begin” two statues were made. Both statues bore the signature: FL 88.
