Education:
Heijman was educated at the graphics department of the Academy of Visual Arts in Den Bosch.
He lives and works in Zaltbommel.
The Dutch landscape has always been of great inspiration to Hans Heijman. His work was initially realistic, but now lies more on the border between figurative and abstract, with a lot of attention to color.
